A Brief Introduction

With over a decade of experience as a licensed psychotherapist in Philadelphia, PA, I have dedicated my career to working with diverse individuals, including those navigating complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. This broad experience has helped me develop a wide range of clinical skills across various treatment approaches. My therapy is grounded in trauma-informed care, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and mindfulness-based stress reduction, and I customize my approach to meet each person's unique needs. I offer both in-person therapy in Center City Philadelphia and telehealth sessions for clients throughout Pennsylvania. Outside of work, I find grounding in nature, philosophy, and music—passions that influence how I see the world and inform my curiosity and empathy in clinical practice. I believe that a therapist who continues to grow as a person is better equipped to support their clients in doing the same.
